Option 1 - Whole Ownership

With this you have the opportunity to use the property as and when you want because it is yours completely.  Also if at any stage you feel that you would like to permanent residence in the property you have the right to do so.

Option 2 - Shared Revenue Ownership

With this particular option only part own this property along with Club la Costa.  However if the property should be rented out any stage and once all management and maintenance fees have been paid then any income earned from it is shared between you and the company.

Option 3 – Buy to Let

When it comes to this option you as the owner of the property will be provided with a rental return on it over a period of between 2 and 10 years.  How long this period is actually for will depend on which of Club la Costa's developments you choose to purchase a timeshare in.  With this particular package you also have the right to use the property for 2 weeks or more personally.
