The Asian property market has been growing tremendously over the years and there are many investment opportunities which are coming up due to the fast growing economy especially in countries like China, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia, where growth has accelerated the prices of properties and financial returns. This has been heightened by availability of credit enabling property developers to create attractive properties, apartments and housing estates in many urban centers.
